I remember my first sales presentation like it was yesterday. My team and I walked into the conference room and my heart immediately started pounding like I was in the middle of an unplanned horror scene. We started with introductions, you know, the easy stuff, right? Not for me! My hands started sweating and my voice cracked just like Mariah’s during her 2016 New Year’s Eve performance. The only difference was that I couldn’t walk away. I was there, for what felt like a lifetime, praying for the courage to just push through it.

I’d wager to say that you have thousands of sales-related blogs to choose from. And I am not going to set the expectation that our blog is the best. Our blog posts, however, will be relatable. As someone who was once intimidated by sales, I understand and connect with how debilitating the fear can be. But, if not conquered, that fear will hinder our growth and, I’m sure you’ll agree, that’s a consequence too great to accept.
